We moved to Sarasota, FL in April of 2021, then we renovated our house in Naples and sold it. In May, I applied to Automattic as developer advocate.
2020
Right after WordCamp Miami, the WHO declared a worldwide pandemic COVID-19 and all in-person events were cancelled. Until about the summer, I was involved in organizing virtual events as Mega-Meetups, Tech4Good SWFL events, JS for WordPress, and the WPBlockTalks in April. Then Zoom-Fatigue set in. And I spend my free time walking the nearby park or sit on the Lanai drawing or reading.
