Over the last few months we have seen a new development being started along Livingston Road. Yesterday we saw actually houses being built. We don’t know if that is actually a contracted house or a socalled SpecHouse the developer started for showing and as a sales office. It seems they also started to build the obligatory Club house. That the good news.
On Glenn Ginsburg’s Real Estate News I found above graphics. It displays the Annual Media Sold Price for Single Family Homes in Naples between 1998 to 2010. From the numbers it shows how far speculation has inflated the prices after 2005 and how far the price dropped from 2008 and 2009. We bought our house in 2002 and it seems the market is back to the levels of that year.
